Dammit it's two weeks to a year since I last posted a blog entry wtf
And reading back, I realise I was so ridiculously positive during March of last year! Did I say that I had positive vibes about 2016? And that by the end of the year I'd have changed for the better? LOL I could not have been more wrong wtf
2016 was in all honesty one of the worst years of my life. I finished all my university courses and completed my internship...and I was supposed to look for a job but I kinda got cheated by the company where I interned at (they promised me a position but pulled out last minute and didn't even bother telling me...until I had to ask them about it) and I ended up wasting so much time that I could have used to look for a job you know. But whatever lah, it's 2017 now and I'm looking for a job!
I don't have any particular vibe about 2017 for now but I am just hoping that it will not turn out to be as stagnant as 2016 was...I want to at least get on my feet and have something going. I want to quickly get a good job that I enjoy doing and which pays me sufficiently and I want to start building my routine as a working adult.
I've always liked having a routine you know, like everyday...wake up, go to work, after work go workout or meet some friends, and then during the weekends, party away, go shopping, do fun stuff etc etc but ever since I finished uni, I fell out of my uni routine (class, friends, presentation, exam, party etc) and I've not been doing anything productive since... I've just been passing day by day without a plan and occasionally meeting friends la but still very boring and...unproductive lo lol
ANYWAY. I am looking for a job now and that is a start! It is a transitioning step that I will have to take to step out of this mundane routineless life and start building the life that I want! And therefore, since it is the first day of March, let me make a checklist of what I want to have completed by the end of this month! I will come back in April 1st for a compulsory post (but if interesting things happen before then I will update also la haha) to see how many items on my checklist I've managed to complete! This is a challenge for me!!!!!
MARCH 2017 TO-DO LIST
1. Get a job that I like.
2. Lose at least 4kg. (1kg per week!)
3. Clear out the clutter in my room (in my wardrobe, shelves, table etc) and keep it that way.
4. Have better skin.
5. Clear out the clutter in my car and keep it that way.
Okay la! For a month I think that is enough already! WISH ME LUCK WHOEVER THAT'S READING THIS PLS
